Mercy Medical Center pathologist, Dr. Dale Andres, had his left hip replaced by Iowa Ortho hip and knee surgeon, Dr. Craig Mahoney, with a minimally invasive technique called the mini-posterior approach. After a one-night stay in the hospital, Dr. Andres was able to return home. He went back to work in just a week’s time and this video shows how well he is walking at his one week post-op
