This video demonstrates a technique for reducing posterior tibial slope using standard instruments and fluoroscopy. Frequently we find that in the multiply failed ACL reconstruction the primary source of risk of recurrent failure is increased posterior tibial slope. This osteotomy is considered strongly for a slope above 12 degrees and the target for slope after correction is 4-6 degrees, so we target 5
