This presentation reviews the science and current evidence behind biologic injections for patients with early hip arthritis who have persistent symptoms despite nonoperative care but are not yet ready for surgery. It discusses PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), micronized fat, alpha-2-macroglobulin, and other biologic approaches, including how they may be used in hip preservation care.
