In this video, we review long-term research on single-level decompression using the Unilateral Endoscopic Bipartial Technique (UBE) for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS). Based on a 5-year follow-up study published in Clinical Spine Surgery, we discuss clinical outcomes—including ODI, VAS pain scores, and modified MacNab criteria—alongside radiologic stability, surgical safety, and complication rates over time.
