Hip arthroscopy for Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) for a 21 year old patient 10 years after surgery for Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphisis (SCFE). The SCFE resulted in a large cam lesion and labral tear, or tear of the labrum.
