Dr. Cancienne, a native of Baton Rouge, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic shoulder, knee, hip, and sports medicine specialist. Dr. Cancienne's practice incorporates the latest surgical and non-surgical strategies to return patients to their desired activity levels. These strategies include patient-centered approaches with an emphasis on minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques for rotator cuff pathology, shoulder instability, ligamentous and cartilage knee injuries, and femoroacetabular impingement of the hip.
