Patient with femoral head deformation and osteo-chondral defect (OCD) after Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease as a child. On this video was taken after the OCD was fixed. The deformation of the femoral neck (Cam like lesion) is corrected using an osteotome (osteoplasty).
