Surgery wasn't an option — so we did something safer. This patient came to Texas Orthobiologics with a massive, irreparable left rotator cuff tear causing daily pain rated 7–8 out of 10. Because she was not a surgical candidate, we focused on one goal: meaningful pain relief.
