Patient H&P 3 months s/p stem cell ACL and MCL repair

This patient is 15 years old and now 3 months s/p BMC stem cell injection into a partially torn/completely torn but not displaced ACL and surgical repair of a grade 3 MCL tear. He also had a nondisplaced root posterior horn med. meniscus tear that was treated with BMC stem cells.
