by Don Buford, M.D. | 10 years ago

mid 60s patient with K-L grade 3 knee arthritis. We tried LP- PRP and it worked for 6 weeks. He continued to have mechanical symptoms from his medial meniscus tear so we did an arthroscopic partial medial menisectomy. Video is from 2 days postop with nearly full range of motion and no effusion and significant symptom relief already.
