Our patient has generalized grade 2-3 knee arthritis with degenerative meniscii. She had been scheduled for arthroscopic partial menisectomy. We opted to try a PRP injection first and here 1 month after the procedure she is doing fantastic. Results vary but it is a good option before surgery and doesn't "burn any bridges"!
