This patient is now four months post-operative following a right reverse shoulder replacement and is demonstrating outstanding progress. Her recovery was remarkably smooth, with minimal postoperative discomfort and no significant complications. Pain management was minimal, requiring only occasional Tylenol during the recovery period.
