Hysteroscopic incision of uterine septum

28 years old lady who has a uterine septum and history of infertility and recurrent miscarriage,here hysteroscopic incision of the uterine septum is demonstrated and at the end of the operation a laparoscopy was performed to inspect the uterine fundus which was broad in this case.
