Stretch marks can develop as a result of growing up, pumping up, gaining or losing weight. While it is not possible to completely eliminate stretch marks, Dr. Debra Price says you can improve their appearance with the use of a topical retinoids and laser therapy with the Vbeam pulsed dye laser.
