Partial Knee Replacement Patient Testimonial: Jeffrey W. Salin, D.O.

by Kansas City Bone & Joint | 13 years ago

Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic patient Louise Chapman shares her success story after having a minimally invasive partial knee replacement in December of 2011. Jeffrey W. Salin, D.O. performed the surgery. Dr. Salin has performed a partial knee replacement on each of Louise's knees. He says the big difference between the two replacements was the use of a tourniquet. Dr. Salin says he's decided to do more as he did Louise's second knee and that is without the use of a tourniquet as it results in less pain and a quicker recovery.
