This patient had a massive rotator cuff tear but not much arthritis. He is still young and active. We did a superior capsular reconstruction with dermal graft. His motion speaks for itself! Because of rotator cuff muscle atrophy that doesn't return to normal even with successful surgery.....he still has some residual weakness with overhead motion.
