Randy Clark, MD from Coral Desert Orthopedics in St. George Utah and Carlos Guanche from the Southern California Orthopedic Institute narrate a video demonstration of an endoscopic hamstring repair. Randy Clark, MD is an orthopedic surgeon who has sports medicine/arthroscopic fellowship training. Dr. Clark has a particular interest in minimally invasive shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle tendon and ligament reconstruction. Dr. Guanche is a world renowned hip and shoulder surgeon and pioneered the minimally invasive hamstring repair technique. He is a mentor to Dr. Clark. This minimally invasive technique permits incredible access to the avulsed proximal hamstring tendon, ischial tuberosity bursa and lysis of adhesions to the sciatic nerve.
